Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the item is faulty, you may return eligible item within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at maheesbyra@gmail.com.
